Titan Local
What is Titan responsible for?
Titan is responsible for maintaining the poster panels and posting your designs onto the panels.
Who is responsible for designing and printing my posters?
Getting the posters designed and printed to the given deadlines is the client’s responsibility. However, your Titan District Sales Manager would be happy to provide a list of recommended suppliers for design and / or print in your area should you need it; and of course they will be happy to provide you with any advice or assistance on any aspect of the campaign.
How do I know how many posters to print and where to send them?
Once you have confirmed your booking, your Titan support team will provide you with your campaign details – as well as print specifications, delivery deadlines and the delivery address for your posters.
What happens if my posters are delivered late?
We will try our hardest to get your posters up as soon as possible, but with over 40,000 posters to post in each period we have to work to a very strict posting schedule. So if you deliver your posters late we can’t guarantee when they will be posted or that you will get your full campaign length. Because of this it is very important that you adhere to the delivery details we provide you.
Why do I have to provide Titan with extra posters?
We generally ask for 10% to 15% extra posters for each campaign. This will allow us to re-post any posters that may get damaged after your campaign has gone up. We want to ensure that your campaign looks its best at all times.
Who can I contact if I see a damaged poster?
If you see a damaged poster, please phone your Titan District Sales Manager who will arrange to get the panel re-posted as a matter of urgency.
Can I change the message on my poster during my campaign?
We are happy to accommodate copy changes providing this forms part of your order; in fact it will keep your campaign fresh if it is running over a longer period of time. Please talk to your Titan representative for further information.
What is the minimum period I can book a campaign for?
Most poster campaigns run for a minimum two week duration. However any form of non standard product, such as our digital Transvision screens, is booked on a different basis. Your Titan representative would be happy to run through all the options with you.
Are there a minimum number of panels I need to book?
In short, no. You can book as many, or few panels as your business requirements dictate.
How far in advance do I need to book?
The earlier you book, the greater choice of panels you will have and the more time you will give yourself for designing and printing your posters. Ideally we would advise you to book 3 months in advance to avoid disappointment.
Can I select which sites I want?
We are happy for you to select the sites you want, but you need to bear in mind that your final choice is dictated by what is available. However if any of your selected panels have already been sold, then your Titan District Sales Manager will endeavour to provide you with the most appropriate replacements. Similarly, if you would like to brief us on your requirements, we would be happy to select the most relevant panels to deliver your specific campaign objectives.
When will my campaign go up – and when will it come down?
Once booking is confirmed, we will provide you with a posting schedule to show you when your poster will be posted and when it will come down
How many people will see my campaign?
That depends on your campaign. For example, we can provide you with OTS figures (that is the number of people who have had the opportunity to see your campaign) for both roadside and rail campaigns; for Retail campaigns we provide the total impact of the campaign – the number of hits your campaign has had, for case studies and effectiveness speak to your Titan District Sales Manager.
What are your payment terms?
We have a variety of payment methods available dependant on value, duration and so on, subject to standard credit checks via our finance department. To discuss the various alternatives please contact your District Sales Manager
