Research

Titan believes that research and accountability is fundamental to our business. Our Insight Department is dedicated to pioneering research projects that increase understanding of Outdoor and really make a difference in the Media industry.

We are always looking for key partners to join us in our quest for knowledge and help us build up insight that goes beyond the boundaries of current research to offer true value to our and our clients' business.

Titan also provides an array of research services to aid accountability and evaluate all aspects of a poster campaign. Our visualisation services, like Mentor, allow creative pre-testing of rough or finished artwork to assess impact, legibility and the effectiveness of a poster concept before the campaign is printed and posted. Our strong relationships with our concessionaires allow us to measure the direct effect of a Retail campaigns in the short-term and the long term. And Titan is at the forefront of audience measurement, sitting on the Outdoor industry's POSTAR Methodology Committee as well as developing our own, unique audience delivery systems for Rail and Retail.

We also work with a range of Marketing Research partners through whom we can create bespoke research projects to prove just how effective advertising with Titan can be.


Creative Studio

Titan has it own in-house team of multimedia and graphic designers. The Creative Studio was initially set up to create artwork for the Transvision network of digital screens and has specialist experience and knowledge in designing effective digital advertising.

The team use their understanding to re-purpose artwork, bringing a creative edge to any Transvision campaign. From simple animations through to full-blown Flash artwork, the Creative Studio work closely with clients and creative agencies to carry through the project from the briefing stage, through storyboard, to the final product...with fantastic results.

Beyond Transvision, the Creative Studio has also developed into a valuable Marketing resource, at the heart of the look and feel of the Titan brand. They create logos and artwork for Titan's marketing communications as well as performing a vital supporting role to the Sales teams.

Servicing

Titan has an enviable reputation across the industry for the quality of its servicing, with each of the 5 Titan offices across the UK boasting its own servicing department.

The servicing team is responsible for ensuring that the correct poster is posted with the correct campaign to a pre-defined schedule. They are also responsible for the maintenance of all Titan panels - from ensuring they are well presented, to monitoring illumination systems and ensuring technical reliability for scrolling panels and LED screens.

To do this they utilise a variety of technical aids such as motion-detecting equipment on scrolling panels and ultravisions; to web-based posting reporting systems linked directly to the billposting companies employed by Titan.

Titan is very keen not to miss a trick, so we have also set up a number of Servicing Hotlines to make it easy for Titan staff, advertisers, agencies or simply the general public to report damaged or malfunctioning posters - facilitating a quick and efficient response from Titan to put things right.
